Over the years, Trisha has personally hosted several culinary programs in Italy, Scotland and England. She regularly arranges food and wine related itineraries for her clients to worldwide destinations.
She is a true believer and follower of the "Seed to Table," "Slow Food," and "Locavore" movements and with her 4 acres of gardens produces a fine selection of heirloom organic vegetables to feed her family throughout the year.
Each year, she attends the International Wine Tourism Conference to keep abreast of the latest and greatest in food and wine programs available all over the world.
In 2012, Trisha was appointed to the Travel Advisory Board of SAVEUR Magazine. SAVEUR hand-selected the top 30 culinary travel specialists from the Virtuoso network to make up the SAVEUR Travel Advisory Board to build culinary travel offers, exclusively for SAVEUR readers.
Trisha organizes and escorts several wine tours and cruises throughout the wine growing regions of the world. Currently on offer are Wine Themed river cruises through the Pacific Northwest, along the Rhine from Basel to Amsterdam, and along the Rhone from Lyon to Avignon as well as a Luxury Ocean Cruise to wineries in France, Spain and Portugal.
